What we doFrom CAD file to cut fabric, without friction
Taglio 3.0 is a contract textile cutting room operating since 1984 within the garment and textile manufacturing cycle. We work from customer-supplied patterns and handle spreading, cutting, fusing and delivery with our own vehicles. We serve high-end fashion, apparel, linen, upholstery, furniture, automotive and technical textile applications with speed, precision and operational continuity.

Automatic cutting
Five Lectra cutting lines provide consistent precision from sample runs to larger batches, with optimized nesting and repeatable results.

Fusing
Heat fusing of components with dedicated presses, tuning temperature, pressure and timing to each fabric and adhesive combination.

Pickup and delivery
Our own van fleet collects fabrics from you or your suppliers and delivers cut components directly to production according to agreed schedules.

Confezioni Fabio is founded
In Quarrata, in the Pistoia textile district, a garment workshop opens and quickly develops a precise skill: cutting well.
2020
The company becomes Taglio 3.0
The business reorganizes and focuses entirely on contract textile cutting, with a new identity, new structure and full dedication to the cutting room.
Today
Five lines, one team
Thirteen people, five interconnected Lectra lines and our own delivery fleet, with a quality-management path already underway.
